Mike has held the role of Managing Director, Asset Performance Canada (AP-Canada) for the past 7 years. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Benchmarking and Process Development for AP-Networks. In his new role, Mike shares responsibility for the development and ongoing improvement of the company’s products and services. Carl Souchereau will assume the role of Managing Director, AP-Canada. As AP-Networks expands its presence across the globe, Mike will be integral in bringing the company’s Industry-renowned software, benchmarking, and consulting solutions to new clients. He will also oversee the evolution of these products and services to keep up with the ever-changing needs of Industry. Mike’s history with AP-Networks in the U.S. and his leadership of AP-Canada, in addition to his extensive Industry experience outside of the company, provide him with a unique perspective into the challenges and needs of Industry. This perspective has long been an asset to the company’s clients and will ensure that AP-Networks remains a vital partner to Industry.In his previous role as Managing Director of AP-Canada, Mike shared responsibility for the company’s overall strategic direction and the management of its long-term growth. Under his leadership, AP-Canada experienced consistent year-over-year growth, expanding both its list of clients and its roster of experienced consulting staff.Prior to joining AP-Networks, Mike was with The American Productivity and Quality Center, where he managed process improvement, benchmarking, and consortium research projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. He has also worked for TMR Energy, an affiliate of Total (France), on Eastern European projects focused on planning and economics, yield accounting, and turnarounds. Additionally, Mike has worked on Greenfield power plant development for El Paso Corporation.Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
