January 29, 2015 by AP-Networks Leave a Comment Bethesda, Maryland, January 29th, 2015 — In 2014, capital project and turnaround consulting firm Asset Performance Networks (AP-Networks) recorded its highest revenues since the company’s founding in 2000. This achievement continues a trend of 8 years of consecutive double-digit revenue growth, and comes on the heels of significant expansion throughout the organization. NaviTrack One of the key drivers behind AP-Networks’ growth is the continuing adoption of NaviTrack, the company’s online work process deployment tool. Developed in 2008, the tool is designed to facilitate the development and effective use of interactive work processes for projects and turnarounds. In 2014, the number of subscribed NaviTrack users grew by nearly 40 percent. Over 275 facilities and more than 12,000 subscribers made use of NaviTrack in 2014. Since NaviTrack’s introduction in 2008 as part of AP-Networks’ online Turnaround Network portal, (https://www.turnaround-network.com/), NaviTrack has expanded to include versions geared towards upstream turnarounds and capital projects, which live in the Upstream Network (https://www.upstream-network.com/) and Capital Project Network (https://www.capitalproject-network.com/) respectively. Personnel Growth The launch of the Capital Project Network and the growth in NaviTrack usage were part of a 25 percent overall increase in software licenses in 2014. To support this activity, as well as new projects that will be announced later in 2015, AP-Networks expanded its Technology and Software Engineering division by 20 percent. 2014 also saw the AP-Networks Consulting division grow by 20 percent. This division encompasses capital project consulting, turnaround consulting, risk management, and benchmarking, and reflects Industry’s growing commitment to AP-Networks’ tools and services as an integral part of their standard processes. The Year Ahead Looking to 2015, AP-Networks foresees continued adoption of its tools and services by Industry. According to Managing Director George DeBakey, “As Industry focuses more on improving cost efficiency, our tools and services are a natural fit. Our long-term clients have seen marked improvements in project and turnaround performance, with direct impacts on their bottom line.” About Asset Performance Networks Asset Performance Networks is the trusted leader for improving asset and operational performance in petroleum, chemical, and energy companies worldwide.
