May 14, 2025 by Director of Global Projects Mohamad Fakory is the Director of Global Projects at Asset Performance Networks based out of the company’s office in Bethesda, MD. He has over 15 years of experience in oil, gas, petrochemicals, and renewables industry. Throughout his career, Mohamad executed upwards of one hundred engagements, largely taking the form of Turnaround Assist Program (T-AP) engagements and corporate benchmarking studies. In this capacity, Mohamad worked with clients to put together a holistic picture of their performance relative to Industry and leveraged his findings to offer observations and recommendations for implementing cost cutting measures and increasing operational efficiencies. Additionally, Mohamad has led multiple strategic projects driving business transformation, market expansion, and M&A strategies for projects related to energy transition. In his current role, Mohamad is responsible for positioning AP-Networks for long-term success in the Middle East by securing strategic client partnerships, establishing regional operations, and delivering measurable improvements in turnaround performance, digital benchmarks and corporate governance. Mohamad holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from American University of Beirut, Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Florida, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
