Mohamad Fakory

Mohamad Fakory is Director of Global Projects at Asset Performance Networks, based in Dubai, UAE, where he leads the company’s strategic growth and project delivery initiatives across the Middle East. He brings more than 15 years of experience across the oil, gas, petrochemical, and renewable energy industries.

Throughout his career, Mohamad has led more than 100 engagements focused on turnaround management, digital transformation, and performance benchmarking. He has worked with leading energy and industrial organizations to assess performance against industry benchmarks, identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency, and translate insights into actionable strategies. He has also led strategic initiatives spanning business transformation, market expansion, and M&A in support of energy-transition objectives.

In his current role, Mohamad is responsible for expanding AP-Networks’ presence in the Middle East through strategic client partnerships, regional operations, and measurable improvements in turnaround performance, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Most recently, he led the successful deployment of a Turnaround Management System for one of the region’s largest petrochemical producers, overseeing the customization and implementation of AP-Networks’ digital platforms to align with the client’s processes, governance requirements, and operational objectives.

Mohamad holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut, a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
