May 11, 2014 by May 20 – 23, 2014 | Convention Center | San Antonio, Texas In May, AP-Networks’ VP of Turnaround Services Bobby Vichich and Senior Consultant Pete Shirley will be presenting at the AFPM 2014 Reliability and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition. The interface between capital project and turnaround teams has historically been one of the most difficult to manage and is even more critical when large projects are involved. Bobby’s presentation, titled “Strategies for Integrating Turnarounds and Capital Projects,” will focus on strengthening this interface. Pete’s presentation, titled “Pay Attention to the Leading Indicators of Turnaround Outcomes,” will examine the drivers that affect turnaround performance, and explore the level of control that managers have over each driver.
