His presentation, titled “A Journey to Turnaround Excellence,” will focus on how site turnaround teams can optimize their turnaround performance. Drawing on the AP-Networks Turnaround Database, Industry’s largest collection of turnaround data, John will look at the best practices that lead to predictable, competitive turnaround outcomes, and the ways in which those practices can be implemented.
