In this role, AJ connects clients with AP-Networks’ full suite of capabilities—spanning benchmarking, consulting, and software solutions—to deliver tailored, high-impact support that drives measurable results. Known for his deep understanding of STO best practices and his collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, AJ builds strong partnerships with clients and colleagues alike, fostering trust, alignment, and shared ownership of success. AJ began his career at AP-Networks as an Associate, progressing to Senior Associate through his strong work ethic, analytical skill, and commitment to continuous improvement. Over the years, he has led and supported more than 100 client engagements across the United States and Canada, spanning dozens of facilities in industries including refining, petrochemical, midstream, mining, smelting, and pulp and paper. His experience encompasses Turnaround Assurance Reviews, Risk-Based Scope Reviews, and Experience Augmentation initiatives focused on Planning Basis, Scheduling Basis, Cost Estimating, and Scope Development. AJ has also facilitated Lessons Learned, Risk Identification and Mitigation, and Alignment sessions—helping organizations enhance readiness, strengthen execution, and capture value throughout the STO lifecycle. Before joining AP-Networks, AJ served nearly a decade in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed leadership, discipline, and strategic coordination skills that continue to shape his professional approach. As a Marine Artillery Officer, he served as Fire Direction Officer for India Battery 3/10 and deployed as Platoon Commander for the Split Caliber Platoon with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. AJ later served as a Gunnery Instructor, training the next generation of Field Artillery and Marine Artillery Officers, and was selected to command Headquarters Battery 1/11. He concluded his active-duty service as Aide de Camp to the I MEF Deputy Commanding General, supporting executive-level operations across the Marine Expeditionary Force. Today, AJ brings that same sense of mission, teamwork, and service to his work at AP-Networks. His unique combination of military precision, client engagement expertise, and people-first mindset enables him to deliver meaningful results while building lasting relationships. Whether collaborating with clients, mentoring colleagues, or developing innovative solutions, AJ approaches every challenge with integrity, partnership, and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement. AJ has a Bachelors in Science from the United States Naval Academy.
