T.J. Felts

T.J. Felts is a Director of Capital Projects t with Asset Performance Networks, based out of the company’s office in Houston, Texas. T.J. joined AP-Networks after serving as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Throughout more than a decade in the USMC, he held several leadership roles and undertook the management of numerous large-scale projects and operations.

T.J. deployed to Afghanistan once and Iraq twice, serving as a planner, officer-in-charge, military advisor, and platoon commander. He also supported humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts in the Philippines.  In all of these endeavors, he worked cross-functionally to solve complex problems and lead his teams in the successful completion of the missions assigned.

While serving as a company commander, T.J. established and led the execution of engineering operations, undertaking the management of several million dollars’ worth of diverse assets. This work saw T.J. mentor Marines and develop standardized processes to identify and plan projects, review design specifications, establish timelines, enforce quality, supervise maintenance, and coordinate the supply chain.

T.J. holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering Geology Option from Texas A&M University.
