Subject Matter Expert (L&OD)

Linda has over 25 years as a learning and organizational development professional. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including financial services, oil and gas, information management, on-line job search, hi-tech, higher education, health and wellness, city and state government, and the arts.

Prior to affiliating with AP-Networks, Linda worked in Talent Management Strategy at State Street Corporation developing and implementing a global talent review process to identify and develop top talent. Before this, she was the principal consultant at Collaborative Leadership, specializing in leadership coaching and development, team development, performance management, facilitation, and mediation and conflict resolution. She was also a senior manager at BankBoston (now Bank of America) where she managed an internal consulting team and provided coaching, consulting, team building and facilitation to managers and their teams throughout the organization, and led the coaching component of a year-long leadership development program for mid and senior level managers.

Linda has a B.A. in Theatre from Penn State University and has participated in intensive professional development programs in organizational development, mediation and psychotherapy. She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
