Senior Programmer

Cynthia is a Senior Programmer in the Technology & Software Engineering Division, based in AP-Networks' Houston office. She has over 10 years of professional experience as a developer in the Energy Industry. Since joining AP-Networks, she has developed a customized risk-management application for one of the world's most prominent energy companies. In addition, Cynthia has led the implementation of customized, turnaround work processes for several of AP-Networks' largest clients. Her day-to-day responsibilities include leading the Intellectual Property (IP) team in all aspects of development, support, and maintenance for AP-Networks' proprietary tools.

Cynthia began her career at Valmet Automation – a leading world-wide supplier of SCADA systems. While at Valmet, she developed displays and conducted technical training for clients in the electric utility industry. Prior to joining AP-Networks, she was a developer for Diverse Networks Inc. (DNI) where she designed and developed a capital project performance database for a leading energy company.

Cynthia has experience in all areas of IT projects including user-interface design, database design, system integration, and project management. She has a BBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.
