Robert P. (Bobby) Vichich

Bobby Vichich is the Vice President of Turnaround Services and is located in AP Networks' Houston office. He has over seventeen years of professional services experience in the petrochemical industry with ExxonMobil and Lyondell Equistar Chemical prior to joining AP Networks.

Since joining AP Networks, Bobby has been the subject matter expert on more than 25 turnarounds for refining and chemical clients. He is a Recognized Industry Expert in turnaround preparation methodologies, with specific emphasis in planning and scheduling practices. In addition to leading assessments and workshops, Bobby regularly participates on client peer review teams bringing an industry perspective on best practices.

During his 16 years as an Exxon, ExxonMobil and Lyondell/Equistar employee, he has served in various planning, scheduling, controls, execution management and even corporate procurement roles on turnarounds. Bobby has been a member of both the technical and line management teams and led a corporate benchmarking study team chartered to define the next generation turnaround breakthrough performance metrics.

Bobby Vichich has earned a recognized standing in the industry for turnaround and work process deployment practices, as indicated by his regular participation and chairmanship at industry turnaround conferences. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and his many years of experience as a client with top-tier companies provide a unique perspective on being a leader in a world-class consultancy.
