Mike O'Kane

Mike O'Kane is a Senior Consultant and comes to AP-Networks with more than 10 years of refinery experience in turnaround planning, yield accounting and economics at TMR Energy, a subsidiary of Total (France).  Mike has most recently worked as Project Manager for The American Productivity and Quality Center where he managed projects in the areas of process improvement, benchmarking and consortium research for a number of Fortune 500 companies. 

He is a co-author of the publications Beyond Planning: Creating a Strategy That Promotes Alignment, Agility, and Accountability, and Effectively Managing Performance Measurement Systems published by APQC press.  

He has also managed Greenfield power plant development projects for El Paso Corporation. Mike has a bachelor's degree from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
