Scott K. Moore
Scott
K. Moore is AP-Networks' Chief Information Officer. Mr. Moore is responsible
for the continued development of the company's most critical intellectual
assets - its people, processes, and technology products. Mr. Moore has over 15
years of operational and technology leadership experience with both public and
private companies in the petrochemical, manufacturing, finance, and
telecommunications industries.
As an AP-Networks representative, Mr. Moore has conducted organization and
management assessments for some of the industry's leading companies. He has directed the design and development of AP-Networks'
industry-acclaimed technology products, and has participated in best practices
implementations for many of AP-Networks' largest clients.
Mr. Moore began his consulting career with IBM Global Services where he led
strategic engagements in the areas of organizational framework design,
executive assessments, and strategic planning. Mr. Moore left IBM to serve as a
CIO for a top e-learning company, and went on to become a partner with Tatum.
Prior to joining AP-Networks, Mr. Moore managed his own consulting firm
dedicated to improving organizational profitability through management
performance. He designed and developed a software product that measured
management performance and its direct impact on profitability. The firm's
client list included the world's largest inter-enterprise software company, and
one of North America's most prestigious university hospitals.
Mr. Moore often writes on the critical issues surrounding leadership,
strategy, and technology, and is a regular speaker at major conferences and
business schools throughout the United States. Mr. Moore received his MBA and
his BS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado. He received his
management consultant training at the IBM executive business institute in
Palisades, New York, and is currently a Registered Organization Development
Professional.
