Lindsey Swonke is the Manager of the Turnaround Industry Network Conference (TINC) for Asset Performance Networks, based out of the company’s office in Houston, Texas. Throughout her career, Lindsey has been responsible for managing and providing customer support, managing and conducting application testing, and developing and administering training resources for oil and gas professionals. Her experience includes conference organization, training course development, project management, and the testing and implementation of software tools and systems.

In her current role, Lindsey is responsible for the planning, coordination, promotion, and expansion of the Turnaround Industry Network Conference (TINC) across the globe. TINC is an invitation-only conference for owner operators, and serves as the premier event for turnaround and organizational leaders throughout the industry looking to expand the boundaries of turnaround knowledge and expertise. Lindsey’s role involves the active assessment of industry leadership needs, and the ongoing evolution of TINC programming to meet those needs and continue pushing the industry forward.

Prior to assuming her current role, Lindsey served as the Manager of Support and Quality Assurance for AP-Networks’ web-based tools as part of the company’s Technology and Software Engineering Division. In this role, she managed the customer support team, oversaw application testing for new features and releases, and played a key role in the development and maintenance of AP-Networks’ proprietary tools. Earlier in her career with AP-Networks, Lindsey was responsible for the management and development of client training programs, including course development and both pre- and post-course assessment and analysis. She also organized global client training events for the administration of these programs.

Lindsey began her career at Diverse Networks Inc. as a Network Operations Center (NOC) analyst. She went on to become NOC lead, a role in which she managed a 24/7 NOC for a major communications company. Her responsibilities included monitoring the availability of multiple networks and all network devices, coordinating with various service providers, and serving as a first point of contact for all escalated NOC issues.

Lindsey holds a BBA in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University.
